This week on the Joyride Podcast Rob and Pete talk a little about their current car situation.  A new car is coming up on auction in a few weeks and Rob wishes he had the disposable income required to purchase it.  Paul Walker’s famous orange toyota supra is going up on auction.  After that Rob shares an article that EV drivers in California are finding out EV’s aren’t everything they’re cracked up to be.  Quickly pivoting to Ford selling 45,000 pre orders for their newest EV truck.  So it’s clear that there is a clear segment of the population that has an interest in an EV vehicle.  Including one half of the podcast.  Turns out Pete was one of those thousands of people who decided that Ford’s new EV might be for them.  Lastly we talk about how crazy the used car market is right now.  Anyone out there going to take advantage of the situation right now?  If you do send us an email and let us know what you did and what your plans are for the money.
