2025 has been a whirlwind in my business, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on everything that’s happened this year. In this episode, I share my a reflection on my business growth, the wins, the lessons, the moments that stretched me and the risks that paid off.

From networking every week to launching the Embody Mastermind, getting my own office, and stepping into bigger opportunities, this year has been about showing up, backing myself and embracing the energy that fuels real growth. I also share the challenges, illness, injuries and the times I’ve had to step back to recharge, because growth isn’t always glamorous, and acknowledging the tricky parts is just as important as celebrating the wins.

I’m sharing all of this because I want you to see what’s possible when you commit to your business and your own growth. This isn’t just a highlight reel, it’s real, messy, challenging and full of lessons that can help you in your own journey. I hope to give you permission to celebrate your wins, learn from the tricky moments and step into 2026 with clarity, confidence and the belief that you can create the results you want in your business too.
