このコンテンツについて
Amy Cothren is here with me today to talk about the value in being a stay-at-home mom and squashing the hot mess mom culture!
Amy Cothren is the host and creator of her podcast, Mom: In Process, which speaks mostly to stay-at-home moms (SAHMs) about the importance of working on themselves in order to raise the future generation. In addition to the podcast, she offers her 1 on 1 mentoring for SAHMs who need the support of another mama friend.
Amy is now on a mission to share her experiences with other women and help guide them to a place where they love the role they are in, with a Mama Mindset.
Amy shares how all of her friends worked, and how she stepped away from a career that she worked very hard to get into to become a stay-at-home mom.
In today’s episode, Amy shares how she believes being a stay-at-home mom is a job, and that you treat it as such, as well as how important it is to make sure you put value in your role as a stay-at-home mother! This was such a great conversation! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
