Sofia thinks she's stuck because of her past. She justifies it by tying it to her past. How she grew up, where she grew up, her experiences and how others do not get her. She often thought that people didn't get her when she said how abusive her mom was, how controlling she was. She loves her mom and understands why she does what she did. But the hurt lingers in the little girl's mind and in the adult's body. It's hard to wash it off.
Healing begins in the presence of an empath. You don't heal on your own. The place that hurt you is not the place where you heal. The people who made you feel hurt are not the people who can help you assemble your fragmented parts together..
Your family and your parents love you. They don't want you to hurt. Your mom wants what's best for you. But your loved ones are hurting too. Together you amplify each other. When you are in the same space with people who are going through personal versions of the same broad hurt, then how can one help another?
The people you attract in your life today might be repeating patterns from your past relationships, amplifying the pain from the past and reinforcing belief systems that do not help you.
It's your belief systems of relationships or money that keep you in the relationships and money stories that you feel stuck in. Your belief system is a script. When you change this script, you stop staying stuck. Your life shifts.
Be kind to yourself, Love you. Bye!
