15 minutes of guided Wim Hof breathing, preferably to be done in the morning on an empty stomach, after stretching a bit. If you're feeling lazy, doing it in bed upon waking up is also perfectly fine. In this episode, I will guide you to visualize and anchor your intention for the breathing session and possibly for the day.
