    We are back and ready to roll for the 2026 college football season with the digital show and podcast that devotes itself only to Underdogs. It's "3 Dog Thursday!"

    This show is actually a video show seen on the Winning Cures Everything Youtube channel and this is the accompanying pod with host T.J. Rives and co-host Jason Powers!

    On this episode, the boys discuss the mayhem of the transfer portal and the lawsuits and injunctions flying everywhere in courts all over the country. Will sanity come back to us, especially with games about to begin?

    Then, they go over the light schedule of action with North Carolina and TCU traveling to Ireland to play and it's year two of Bill Belichick in Chapel Hill. Will the Heels be somewhat better or will they implode starting in Europe?

    Also, the guys talk Lincoln Riley's USC Trojans opening the year with San Jose State as heavy favorites in the L.A. Coliseum. Will the blowout happen?

    Also, the guys talk Virginia vs. NC State in a game moved from Brazil back to Charlottesville due to safety concerns, etc. And, Florida St. begins a crucial season for embattled coach Mike Norvell against a light opponent New Mexico St.

    Next, they turn to the western nightcap game of T.J.'s Memphis Tigers at UNLV in Vegas. Both teams with lots of transfers but the Rebels get this one at home with Memphis having a first year coach, coaching his first game.

    Then, they wrap up looking at several interesting future's plays for teams to make the college football playoff and perhaps, win the national title.

    There is one final game in the college football season remaining and that's the College Football Playoff Championship Game in Miami and we're ready to disuss it on "3 Dog Thursday!"

    Host T.J. Rives and co-host Jason Powers are back talking the Indiana vs. Miami match-up for the title.

    First, the recap the 'Canes thrilling win over Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl for a third straight playoff victory and then, the Hoosiers latest destruction, this time of Oregon in the Peach Bowl last Friday night.

    The guys also discuss the INSANE demand this time for tickets to the championship game in South Florida with Miami playing in it. And, just how many tickets can the Indiana fans get their hands on for this one?

    Finally, breakdown of the game itself and can the Miami D stop Heisman winner Fernando Mendoza and the lethal Hooisiers offense? And, Jason wonders if this game will be reminisient of the original Miami title win on January 1, 1984 as they stunned seemingly unbeatable #1 Nebraska in a thrilling 31-30 Orange Bowl upset for the ages?

    We are down to four teams remaining in the 2026 College Football Playoff and host T.J. Rives and co-host Jason Powers are back to preview the two games that will lead to the championship matchup. And, do the guys like one or both of the doggies against the number on the "3 Dog Thursday" show/podcast?

    First, they discuss the quarterfinal action that saw Miami and Ole Miss advance in dramatic fashion, while Oregon and Indiana rolled through their bowl game wins. Also, did the CFP selection committee do a poor job of how they seeded the teams and the corresponding bowl games in certain regions of the country?

    Then, the guys get to the breakdown can the Rebels out of the SEC follow up their upset of Georgia with a win Thursday night in the Fiesta Bowl against Miami? Or will "The U" fresh off beating Ohio State pull off a third playoff win in a row and advance to the titlle game back in South Florida in their own stadium?

    Next, the magical ride of the Indiana Hoosiers is front and center after their demolition of Alabama in the Rose Bowl. Now, can they beat the Oregon Ducks in a Big Ten rematch in the Peach Bowl. Oregon was impressive defeating Texas Tech in the Orange Bowl, but the Hoosiers kayoed them in Eugene earlier in the year and looked primed to be in the championship game.

    However, which predictor thinks it will be the Ducks, as the pooch, getting the win on Friday night?
