Adrienne Capeless is a master's level therapist, certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and founder of Talk-Lift-Heal.
She has over 5 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency shelter settings, where she noticed that traditional talk therapy and medication were not effective for everyone.
