What if growing your jewelry business didn't have to mean sacrificing your family, your health, or the life you actually want to live?

In this episode, I'm welcoming Alena Mack back to the podcast to share what has changed inside her jewelry business over the past year and a half. After years of building her business alongside motherhood and homeschooling, Alena made the decision to start treating her jewelry business like a real business and the results have been incredible.

We talk about how she doubled her annual sales from $42K to $85K, quadrupled her online sales, started consistently paying herself, and even used money from her business to fund a dream trip to Greece.

But this conversation goes far beyond revenue. Alena shares what it has looked like to become more visible, prioritize herself, delegate inside her business, and create growth that actually supports the life she wants.
