Student ministry can easily become focused on visible moments—big responses, emotional worship experiences, packed events, and students who seem passionate about Jesus. But what happens when the moment passes?

In this episode, Brent and David explore what it means to disciple students toward a faith that lasts. We’ll talk about the difference between spiritual excitement and spiritual formation, why deep roots are usually developed through ordinary practices, and how youth leaders can build ministries that prepare students for seasons when following Jesus becomes difficult.

Because the goal isn't simply students who respond to Jesus today. It's students who are still following Him years from now.
