Someone years ago told me to ‘watch my competitors’ and I did like my life depended on it but let’s be real, we’re not talking about the stock market here, we’re talking about intermediate greek teaching. My niche is so niche that most students and teachers know each other’s name, occupation and home address; most of us hang out online AND in real life. And you can’t compete with that.
