Terri Hewitt works in ministry overseas in Taiwan, working primarily with women. In all her years of ministry, Terri recalls one moment that redefined her life forever: she and her colleagues were trapped in a massive avalanche in which she was literally buried alive.

Over the next several hours after the avalanche, treacherous weather and impossible obstacles led an aboriginal tribe to their rescue.

Psalm 18 highlights how God has full dominion over the earth, and is capable of navigating us through even the most unfathomable situations.

Psalm 18:1-3: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
