Hate is an expensive emotion—and most of the time, we’re the ones paying the price.
In this episode, Nadine and Donna talk about what happens when we hold onto anger, resentment and hatred toward people who have hurt, disappointed or betrayed us. The truth is, they may not even know—or care—that we’re carrying all of that emotional weight.
So why give someone that much power over your peace?
Instead of spending our energy replaying what happened, holding grudges or wishing someone would get what they deserve, what if we decided that our energy was simply too valuable?
This isn’t about pretending you weren’t hurt or excusing someone’s behaviour. It’s about choosing not to let another person occupy valuable real estate in your mind.
Because life is too short, peace feels too good—and honestly, hate is just too expensive. I’d rather not.
