Welcome to Episode 236, you legends!
In this episode, I'm doing something a little different to celebrate turning 34 years old sharing 34 lessons from 34 years of life.
They're lessons I've picked up through losing weight, relationships, running, work, building a business, making mistakes, taking risks, getting things wrong and figuring out more about who I actually am.
We dive into taking responsibility for your life, building real confidence through self-trust, caring less about other people's opinions, defining success for yourself, relationships, health, comparison, money, courage, play and why you don't need to live your life on somebody else's timeline.
Some of these lessons have taken me years to understand.
Some I'm still learning now.
If you focus on responsibility, the people you love and the lush things that already exist around you, life can look very different.
I hope you enjoy it.
Let me know your biggest takeaway from the 34 lessons in the comments and I'd love to know which lesson resonated with you the most.
