The movie follows Ryan Dunne, a talented young baseball player from Cape Cod who dreams of making it to the major leagues. During a summer playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League, Ryan falls for Tenley Parrish, a wealthy college girl whose family doesn't exactly approve of their relationship.
