Kaitlyn is the founder of TWO businesses: Tampa Bay Clay, a polymer clay earring company that provides custom lightweight, and unique, earrings, and Sunshine & Confetti Events and Hospitality Agency, an event sourcing company that helps pull resources for both corporate and social gatherings.

Kaitlyn is a genuine girl's girl, she hypes up the women around her, supports local makers, and even has hosted a Maker's Collab of Tampa Bay to help businesses and vendors get content for their businesses.
