Ron Smith is a connector, collaboration builder, best-selling author, business owner, and national motivational speaker. With more than 40 years in broadcast radio and decades of involvement in the nonprofit community, Ron has dedicated much of his career to helping people identify their gifts and use them to serve others.
Ron currently serves as Executive Director of The Bridge to Kindness Project, bringing communities together through collaboration, nonprofit awareness, workshops, support groups, and media. He also serves as Area Director for Neighborhood Bridges, helping connect children, students, and families in need with acts of kindness and community support. His work has earned him recognition including Business Person of the Year, two Small Business of the Year awards, and the Global Impact Award.
