You eat well all day.
You’re “good.”
You follow the plan.
And then 8pm rolls around—and suddenly you’re standing in the kitchen eating something you didn’t even plan to have.
So why does this keep happening?
In this episode, we’re decoding the pattern instead of blaming your lack of willpower.
Because the question isn’t just “What did I eat?” It’s “What was happening inside of me when I reached for the food?”
We’ll explore some of the deeper blind spots that can show up around food at the end of the day, including:
- Using food as a reward,
- Feeling like you have to earn rest or pleasure, and
- Treating productivity like currency.
Because sometimes what looks like a food problem is actually a worthiness problem, a rest problem, an emotional regulation problem, or a permission problem.
And when you can decode the pattern instead of judging it, you can finally start changing what’s underneath it.
That's exactly what I do on a Blind Spot Call.
We look at what's happening in your life right now, identify the patterns underneath it, and uncover the belief or blind spot that may be keeping you stuck in something you desperately want to change.
If you’re feeling a little after listening to this episode, maybe there’s something worth looking at.
