  • 3,000 Dresses & a Mission - How Fancy Frock Turns Fashion into Healing for Girls
    2026/02/23
Rebecca and JoJo welcome Sandy Arena from Fancy Frock boutique in Churchville to the studio for a fun, wide ranging conversation. Sandy shares the story behind Worthmore Nation, the nonprofit she founded in 2018 to empower girls who have experienced trauma through positive pageantry, removing barriers like the cost of gowns and formal wear. What started in her house with donated dresses grew into Fancy Frock, a boutique that funds the program and serves the community. Sandy talks about how they scored 3,000 dresses all at once from a Syracuse bridal shop after the owner passed away, and how the Churchville community has embraced them since opening.

Bill chimes in fresh off a ski trip with his son Jameson, sharing the full chaos of the day including a magic carpet wipeout and a very frustrated fifteen year old who kept quitting and coming back. The girls do their fit check with Sandy, a woman who knows fashion, which makes it extra fun. They also get into food allergies, gluten-free life, Valentine's Day traditions, and a surprisingly deep conversation about flour dust floating out of the mill right next door to Fancy Frock and what that might mean for anyone with celiac disease!!

Light, warm and a great showcase for everything Sandy and Worthmore Nation are building.

  • Slippery Entrances & Seriously Good Spirits
    2026/02/16
The chicks slid their way into the studio—literally. Ice, near-falls, and an immediate demand for salt and filters. The AI debate kicks things off: JoJo thanks ChatGPT like a person, Bill has a whole Irish-accented Alexa situation, and apparently saying "please" to AI is burning enough energy to heat a lake. Science.

Enter Matt Lusinarius, Sales Director at Empire State Distillers—and yes, Rebecca attempted the name before recording. Bravely. They originally invited his wife Sarah, who looks like a China doll and couldn't make it. Matt showed up instead. With bottles. Already winning.

Empire State Distillers is a veteran and first responder owned company out of Geneva. The mission goes beyond great spirits because a portion of every sale supports the families of veterans and first responders, the ones who get left out to dry while their person carries the trauma home.

The brand is called Battle Rattle. There are five spirits, each named after something that means something to Matt. The vodka? Fire for Effect. The bourbon? I Work for a Living. The gin? It's called New Jack and it tastes like Fruit Loops in liquid form, going down dangerously smooth. The brandy is named after Sergeant Esparza, a Mexican immigrant who became a naturalized citizen and served in the US military. A true American. JoJo may have teared up.

Matt also played pro soccer across four continents, and when he retired in 2015 he struggled like a lot of veterans do figuring out who you are when the thing that defined you is gone.

Their tasting room opens in Ontario, NY in March. Find bottles near you at battlerattle.us.

Spirits, haunted wineries, veteran pride, and a gin recipe that'll ruin every other cocktail you've ever had...this episode has it all!

  • Downward Dog & Dating Disasters
    2026/02/09
The lighting’s bad, the filters are missing, and the ladies are already making demands—so yeah, business as usual. Bill is immediately put on notice. He’s on it… assuming the fixes are coming straight out of their paycheck. Leadership.

Enter the guest: Jesse Sanfilippo—real estate pro and former bartender at Tony D’s, aka the sacred ground where the Two Fit Chicks first crossed paths with him. Naturally, JoJo and Rebecca slide right into nostalgia mode, reminiscing about the good old days—waaaay back in BS (Before Sam)—when JoJo was single, carefree, and somehow never pulled out the infamous cherry trick. A mystery for the ages.

Things heat up fast when the conversation veers into the real reason people go to yoga and barre classes. Spoiler: it’s not mindfulness. It’s the view. Bill shares his emotionally scarring experience taking a barre class at MBODY, where he spent the entire hour sweating more from anxiety than exertion—locked in a psychological hostage situation, desperately trying not to look like a creep while surrounded by what he can only describe as “nothing but asses and birth canals.” Growth comes in many forms.

From there, it’s a deep dive into gym etiquette: who’s checking out who, what qualifies as a “motivational butt” (yes, that’s real), and why confidence in Wegmans leggings deserves respect—even when the moon has craters. The girls are very open about appreciating a solid peach when they see one, and Jesse admits he’s developed Olympic-level neck discipline during downward dog.

And just when you think it’s all surface-level nonsense (okay, it mostly is), the conversation swerves into dating and texting—specifically why some guys simply cannot read a room, a text, or a very clear hint. JoJo opens up about Sam’s painfully dry texting style and how she nearly wrote him off before realizing he’s just exponentially better in person. Bill counters with his own lyrical texting prowess, breaking down the fine art of sending a message that’s confident, vulnerable, and just risky enough. Spoiler alert: it worked.

The episode ends on a high note—and a low waistband—with a bombshell revelation about Rebecca’s workout attire that has Jesse confidently predicting at least fifteen new Midtown signups by tomorrow morning.

Gym talk, dating disasters, camel toe commentary, zero filters, and absolutely no regrets—this episode has it all.
