(We cannot stress this enough: buy Barry’s book!) We ask Barry if writing the book changed his thoughts about the franchise before we share our latest theories and thoughts with him and ask about our long-held theories. We discuss the future state of the franchise, the “worst-case scenario” he could have encountered while writing, and where he wants to see the franchise go next. Will Brian come back? Should he come back? Does anyone want him back? We discuss. Barry shares alternate endings to Fast X (which are far more exciting than what we got). We talk about why a lower budget is not a bad thing. Barry shares his history with the franchise. Joey has a new theory about the head of Eteon and a related spinoff movie he wants to see.
