Jason Lange is the head coach of the University of Montevallo mens lacrosse team. His journey has led him from multiple sports in high school to lacrosse in college followed by coaching jobs, finally landing him at Montevallo. His unique approach to leadership and followership have helped his team earn multiple conference titles and awards over the last nine years. And, he has some amazing insight for those looking to play NCAA D2 lacrosse. In his words, "Put your best highlights first."
