Pick ONE thing you will do every single day this week for your health. Not a full overhaul — just one wall.

  • Walk 20 minutes a day
  • Drink more water
  • Sleep by 10pm
  • Put your phone down 1 hour before bed

One thing. Done consistently. That's how renovation begins.
