Victor is a legally blind, Black albino, neurodivergent comedian, New Yorker cartoonist, and filmmaker whose work has appeared on Conan, Jimmy Kimmel, Marvel Comics, Vice, and Salon. He received a National Science Foundation grant for accessibility technology, and he recently signed a distribution deal bringing his Worldwide Tic Tac Toe Championship to over 100 million players through FRVR, one of the world's largest instant gaming networks.
