You do this work, and you will tolerate less sh*t...and thats a good thing, honestly.
You reazlize you're less able to override the feeling that something is not quite "right". You become way more aware of the dynamics you have been accepting, the situations you have been tolerating, the version of yourself you have been showing up as just to keep the peace.
And sometimes that clarity is uncomfortable. Because it asks you to stop pretending you do not notice.
So listem, here's is what is actually happening...
When you are carrying a lot, when your nervous system is constantly managing just getting through it, you adapt. You make yourself fit. You accept things you would not accept if you had more space, because you simply do not have the emotional bandwidth to address them.
As that pressure starts to lift, your awareness shifts. Things that used to feel normal start to feel icky and misaligned.
You find yourself becoming brutally honest with yourself, and those around you...and it doesnt always land well...but sometimes honesty doesnt (at least not right away), and that sok.
This week's episode is about what happens when your inner standards start to change and evolve, and why that is one of the clearest signs "the work" is actually working.
