Meghan Bonde started her first business at ten years old, a fifty-cent-an-hour day camp she ran out of her neighborhood using her mom's old lesson planning books. Thirty years later, she is the founder and CEO of Intensity Hub, and she spent years training other professionals to identify neurodivergence in kids before she recognized it in herself. In this episode of Thirty Minutes of Power, Meghan and Jori talk about what happens when the expert becomes the case study. They get into the "rainforest mind," a concept for gifted brains that need more resources to thrive rather than more willpower, why systems fail when you build them in the wrong environment, and the one shift Meghan says will help you even if you cannot blow up your life and start over. What we cover: — How a fifty-cent day camp in an unfinished basement became a thirty-year entrepreneurial career — Getting diagnosed with AuDHD in her mid-thirties, after years of diagnosing it in other people — The difference between masking a neurodivergence and actually managing it — Why "we're all a little neurodivergent" misses the point entirely — The one shift you can make this week, even if you cannot change your environmentAbout Meghan Bonde: Meghan is the founder of Intensity Hub and creator of the Intensity Quiz, a tool that helps people understand how they are wired.
