Aubree Munro Watson is back on the Fearless Warrior Podcast, and we are so excited to share her nuggets from the Fearless Warrior Retreat from July. She has an impressive collegiate and professional softball career, winning two national championships with the Florida Gators, two World Championship gold medals with Team USA, and a silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She is also the author of Born Ready, a memoir about the moments that shaped her life and led her to purpose. She opens up about the scared little girl who was afraid of everything, the coach who told her at age 12 she would never play Division I softball, and how finding freedom became the path to fearlessness.
Episode Highlights:
- The "fear list" that will make you feel seen
- The quote on a piece of paper she carried with her all the way to two national championships and the Olympics
- Why she felt more free in the highest pressure moments than anywhere else and what that taught her about purpose
- Why passion means you are willing to suffer for it
