Brita Brando and Guy Bricio join The Wedding Reporter Podcast to share the story behind their viral proposal, including the family moment that accidentally became the internet’s favorite detail - when their aunt accidentally photobombed their proposal (with a glass of wine in hand!). They also talk about how they met at work in New York, why family blessings mattered to their engagement, and what they’re planning for their destination wedding in Rio.

They explain how their relationship grew from a workplace connection into something serious, grounded, and long-term. They also discuss the realities of going viral, the joy of being engaged, and how they’re building a wedding that reflects their Brazilian roots, creative backgrounds, and love for family.
