Have you ever been having a perfectly good day until one person's words, attitude, or behavior completely changed your mood? Maybe it was a demanding family member, a frustrating coworker, or a conversation you couldn't stop replaying. Sometimes the interaction lasts only a few minutes, yet it occupies hours—or even days—of our thoughts.
In this episode, we talk about finding peace in difficult relationships and why we sometimes keep our own frustration alive by replaying conversations or seeking validation from others. Through Romans 12:18, we'll explore what it means to pursue peace while recognizing that we cannot control another person's behavior. We'll also look at how depending on the Holy Spirit can help us gain perspective, respond rather than react, and discern when to let something go, speak up, or step back.
