His illustrations and animations have helped others to understand complex ideas and make them easy to remember and teach to others. He is the creator of a Cartoonist's Guide to the Bible. Steve Thomason is an associate professor of Spiritual Formation and Discipleship at Luther Seminary, a post-Evangelical, missional, neo-Lutheran theologian, rostered in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and an artist.
