Do you feel stuck in old patterns of fear, anxiety, or "not enough"? Many of us don't realize we have a past mindset. Our brain automatically pulls from old interpretations and stories to explain what's happening today. But in Christ, you have a brand-new identity!

In this episode of Heavenly Confident with Kim Reutzel, we walk through Scripture together to learn how to notice those old thoughts, take them captive, and renew your mind with God's truth. You'll learn how your feelings act as indicators of what you're believing. You'll also learn why repetition retrains your brain and how to move from fear to the peace that passes all understanding.

Scriptures covered:

• John 14:1: Do not let your heart be troubled
• Philippians 4:6–7: The peace of God that transcends understanding
