They break down solo shows vs. co-hosts, sharing the workload, being able to have honest conversations, choosing the right outlet — podcast, vlog, blog, Substack, Reddit, YouTube, or whatever fits your message — and why “the same thing can be different” when it comes from your voice and your perspective.

They also get into the practical side: cheap podcast setups, phone and laptop recording, corded earbuds, why audio quality matters more than video quality, getting used to your own voice, remembering the internet is forever, being careful what gets back to your employer, staying genuine, taking feedback, admitting when you’re wrong, and staying flexible when life, work, and family get in the way.
