Like saying YES to a semester in Alaska of glacial mountaineering and sea kayaking. Yes to leaving volleyball behind to protect her mental health. Yes to becoming an arborist with her brother, where she met her husband! Yes to Durango, to the Adaptive Sports Association, to local High School, to a strength and conditioning certification, and yes to starting her own business, Peak Performance Durango; the vessel that brings everything she's learned about the human body, challenge, and growth into one place.
