Sometimes the things stealing our peace are not the big, obvious problems. They are the small obligations, systems, routines, and habits that started out helpful but slowly became one more thing to manage.
In this episode, we talk about how something good—saving money, meal planning, exercising, organizing, volunteering, or trying to be productive—can begin costing more mental energy than it gives back. We’ll look at Psalm 103:13–14 and the comfort of knowing that God understands our limitations, and we’ll walk through a simple framework—Pray, Pause, Picture—to help you recognize what may need to be simplified, reduced, or released.
You do not have to do everything perfectly to be faithful. Sometimes the next faithful step is simply making room for what matters most. Scripture Reference: Psalm 103:14-15 Contact: jennycprice71@gmail.com
