I think we can all agree this is a big one for us ladies struggling with premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
Our minds play tricks on us that we're useless, lazy, have no purpose and that the world would be better off without out. That's a heavy blow to share, but it's really the reality that a lot of us face month to month.
So, how do we tackle these thoughts from a biblical perspective? Do we just allow the enemy a foothold on our mind and keep believing them, because it's the easy thing to do?
In this episode, I share a verse that has helped me renew and redirect my thoughts. It's a verse you've probably heard or read many times, but I want to break it down for you to help you use it against the thoughts and the lies that might be permeating each month.
Let's jump into it.
