You've prayed over your book launch, worked hard to market your books, and done your best to honor God through your writing. But when you check your KDP dashboard, the sales are still disappointing.

And perhaps you've wondered, If I'm being faithful to God, why isn't He blessing my author business?

After all, doesn't Scripture promise that God will prosper the work of our hands? That He has plans to prosper us? And that when we seek His kingdom first, He'll provide everything we need?

But are we understanding those promises correctly?

In this episode of The Anointed Scribe Podcast, we're digging into what the Bible actually teaches about prosperity, God's promises, financial provision, and the relationship between obedience and success.

Together, we'll examine several familiar passages of Scripture, including Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 1, and Matthew 6:33, to understand what God was saying in their original context and how those truths apply to us as Christian authors today.

We'll also explore why disappointing book sales don't necessarily mean God is withholding His blessing, how our expectations can influence our business decisions, and what it means to pursue profitability while remaining faithful to His Word.

If you've ever questioned God's faithfulness because your author business isn't growing the way you'd hoped, I hope you'll join me for this important conversation.

Because understanding what God actually promises, and what He doesn't, can change the way you approach your writing, your business, and your relationship with Him.
