It's the 10th Anniversary of Milam in the Middle! Milam sat down for his first episode back in 2016 at eight years old — now he's 18, about to graduate high school, and he's got a lot to catch everyone up on.
In this episode, Milam and his dad Cale talk about what's changed (and what hasn't) over the past decade: trading in a mountain of vintage toys for painting, color theory, and a possible book project; growing up in his church youth group; running into the real-life Milam he's named after at an event in Nashville; and why the logo's staying exactly the way it is, mustache or no mustache.
It's also a conversation about starting things — about how easy it is to just watch other people create instead of doing it yourself — and about the encouragement that's kept this show, and this kid, going for ten years.
