Have you ever felt like you needed to heal more, fix more, or become "better" before you could finally create the life you want?
I honestly think so many of us have been taught that growth is about constantly improving ourselves. That if we just heal one more wound, read one more book, or follow one more rule, then everything will finally fall into place.
But what if that's not actually true?
In this episode, I wanted to share something I've been noticing more and more, both through coaching and in my own life.
Sometimes, the personal development and spiritual worlds can unintentionally pull us further away from ourselves instead of bringing us back home.
I talk about alignment, intuition, the pressure of constantly trying to "do the right thing," and why I believe your soul was never meant to follow someone else's blueprint.
Because what feels deeply aligned for someone else might be completely misaligned for you.
Maybe the question isn't...
"What should I do?"
Maybe it's...
"Does this actually feel true for me?"
If you've been questioning your path, feeling overwhelmed by all the advice online, or wondering how to trust yourself again, I hope this conversation reminds you that your intuition was never supposed to be replaced by someone else's rules.
