“Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome.” - Arthur Ashe Welcome to the very first episode of the Switch On That Light Podcast! To get things going, I wanted to open up and share with you my story on how I found my life purpose in the hopes to inspire you to dig deep and find your true calling in life too. I’ve learned the journey to reach my goals far exceeds the goal itself. Your journey to reach your goal is guided by the person you become, the skills you acquire, the connections you make and the inner growth that takes place.

Today, I’m giving you some tools and practices that have helped me along the way, especially during the dark times when I wanted to give up and why focusing on savouring the journey rather than following a fixed outcome in relation to your goals matters more.

In this episode, we cover:

  • Finding the strength to rely on yourself in times of loneliness and use it as a way to reconnect with yourself
  • Different gratitude practices you can implement into your days to help boost your mental health and well-being
  • Finding the motivation to keep your meditation practice going when you don’t feel like showing up
  • Using the power of words to switch your mindset to one of abundance
  • How to persevere through all the curveballs life throws at you to continue with your purpose even when you feel like giving up

To celebrate the launch of this podcast, I am giving away two prizes to two lucky winners. The prizes will be:

  1. A Mindset Gift Pack which includes a Mindset Journal and 52 Positive Affirmation Cards
  2. A custom-made Confidence Crystal Bracelet with ten healing crystals to support your confidence and boost your self-belief
