It's been over 2 years since we last released a podcast, and Dan and Ben are back in the hot seat!
People always tell us that they want more behind the scenes action of our MHEC mission, and we'll be honest, we often avoid it as we see it as an additional 'hassle'.
If we're having an important business meeting, strategy session, or stressful conversation about our company growth or clients, sometimes the last thing we want is a camera pointing in our faces.
But, that has now created a 2 year period, void of documentation and BTS footage, which simply isn't right.
From now on, every week we'll be giving you insights into the MHEC journey and explaining what's going on behind the scenes at as we're on our mission 'Building MHEC' into the best Fitness Academy in the country!
