In 1989, a 19-year-old Kam Dovedi signed on the dotted line for a family member’s mortgage. Then the market crashed, interest rates soared and he found himself in negative equity, two weeks from repossession. 36 years later, Kam is one of the UK’s most experienced property investors and developers. With nearly 1,000 deals under his belt across buy-to-let, HMOs, semi-commercial and development schemes. Around 80% of his time goes on investing and developing, and the rest on training the next generation of property investors.
