What enables teams to be great? What is the leader's role in the team? What does a leader have to do to enable greatness in their team? What does it mean to take the green path versus the red path?
David Wheatley joins Reshad on the show today to discuss the answers to these questions and more and how we can each discover what it it is that great teams do great!
David is a leadership Coach, facilitator, trainer and Chief Question Asker at Humanergy, a boutique leadership development company. He has worked for over twenty-five years with government, manufacturing, healthcare, law enforcement, technology and financial institutions. Originally from Leeds, England, David is a former Scotland Yard police officer. He earned a Master’s degree in organizational management from Spring Arbor University and has taught on Masters programs at the University of Maryland and Michigan State University. He is co-author of “50 DOs for Everyday Leadership” and “What Great Teams Do Great: How Ordinary People Accomplish the Extraordinary”. He is also the host of the Humanergy Leadership Podcast.
