The page quickly grew to over 800,000 followers and 40+ million views, but despite the traction, monetizing the platform proved challenging. After connecting through a mutual friend, Glenys partnered with Cherry Rose to rebrand and build something bigger by putting real voices and real stories behind the brand.

Cherry Rose then explains the meaning behind One Percent-Her. A serial entrepreneur with 19 years of experience and roots in five generations of entrepreneurs, she shares how the name reflects the reality that women, especially women of color, represent less than 1% of top founders and entrepreneurs, while also embracing the mindset of getting 1% better every day.
