The forgotten (body) part of sustainability transitions. On why systems can't be at peace with the living world if the people running them are at war inside. I help write the rules for sustainable finance. Then I go dancing. This is a podcast about why I think those are the same job.
Each episode is a conversation with someone working somewhere in that gap: neuroscience and embodiment, ecopsychology and deep ecology, doughnut economics and degrowth, ritual and grief, indigenous wisdom and future literacy, inner development goals and systems change, system-oriented design and regenerative leadership.
For people who believe we as a species have the potential to do better: Live at peace with ourselves, with each other, and with the biosphere we have never once been separate from. For people who long for, dream of and would like to co-create Our Common Future.
Your host: Kaja Koppang — systemic designer, leads the sustainability work for an alliance of Norwegian banks, co-led the first Nordic sustainability reporting standard, and a Movement Medicine teacher in training. Personal growth and radical accountability through dance, embodiment, modern neuroscience and indigenous wisdom. Based in Norway. Guests from all around.
