What would your life feel like if guilt, shame, and the fear of being judged weren’t making so many of your decisions?

This week’s class brought us back to admiration for ourselves—appreciating what we’ve lived through, what we’ve learned, and who we are beyond the labels of “good” and “bad.”

We began with an exploration of childhood toys and memories, then followed that thread into the praise, criticism, and expectations we carry into adulthood. Whose voice do we hear when we tell ourselves we’ve done something wrong? And have we learned to rely on judgment to keep ourselves motivated?

Throughout this class, we explore:

✨ Childhood experiences and the stories we carry about ourselves
✨ Guilt, shame, fear, and judgment as patterns behind our choices
✨ Guided “switch” visualizations and pure-intention water imagery
✨ Family relationships and the expectations we bring into them
✨ An inner-island visualization for exploring inherited beliefs and creating space for our own experience

The replay also includes individual intuitive readings, energy work, and reflections on divine connection, compassion, and creative expression.

Bring a journal: Write down 5–10 moments you’ve labeled as doing a “bad job,” and 10 moments you feel you did a “good job.” Add your age beside each one. As you look at your lists, notice whose expectations may be shaping those judgments.

This is an extended, informal class with conversation, exercises, and readings woven throughout. Take it at your own pace and pause whenever you want time to reflect.
