Hey guys!! 💛

Do you give, give, give… then feel hurt when nobody shows up for YOU?

Maybe you say yes when you want to say no. You keep yourself busy because resting makes you feel guilty. Or you’re the person everyone calls when they need something—but you’re wondering, “Would they still want me around if I stopped doing all this?”

Oh my gosh, we got into this in class. And yes, I caught myself doing it, too! 😅

Sometimes we get so used to being needed that we forget to ask what WE actually want.

So that’s where we start. Get your journal ready, because I’m asking you to be honest. Not the answer that sounds nice. Not what you think you SHOULD want. What do you really want? 👀📓

In this class, we explore:

💛 Needing to be needed. Are you giving because you want to, or hoping it will make you feel loved?

🙋‍♀️ Saying no without feeling mean. We talk about why speaking up for yourself can feel so uncomfortable.

✨ Being worthy without being busy. What happens when you stop measuring yourself by how much you get done?

🚪 The golden-door meditation. Follow me through a guided journey focused on receiving love and connecting with your higher self.

💕 Letting yourself receive. What would change if you didn’t feel like you had to work so hard to earn love?

You can care about people AND have needs of your own. You get to be part of the love you give, too.

This replay brings together honest conversation, journaling, guided meditation, and energy work. Pause when something hits home. Write it down. Give yourself time with it.

Ready to stop putting yourself last? Unlock the replay, grab your journal, and come do this with me! 🙌💛

Love you guys!!
