這一集節目中，我會用簡單的日語來說明日本的新聞。新聞的標題是「在外國人申請永住的條件中，新增日語能力要求」。

お正月には「初（はつ）」がつく言葉がたくさんあります。たとえば「初詣（はつもうで）」「初日の出（はつひので）」「初夢（はつゆめ）」「初売（はつう）り」「初笑（はつわら）い」どれも、その年の最初という意味で使います。今回は、この「初〜」という言葉についてやさしい日本語でゆっくりお話しします。

In Japan, you often see the kanji 初 around New Year. It means “first” or “the first time.”Let’s learn common “初〜” words like hatsumōde and hatsuhinode together—slowly, in easy Japanese.
