Sound advice that will help me personally
In this book by Ava Riley, every detail has been carefully worked out and neatly explained. You just need to follow the advice that she gives in the book. The narration provided is easy to listen to, I like many of the statements that she uses throughout the book. If you are consistent and follow her advice, it will certainly help. I think it would be good for me personally, to use much of recommendations she provides.

Interesting idea and well argued
I found this an interesting read, taking the idea that the brain is like a computer and can be reprogrammed by focusing on new habits and behavior. The author provides a convincing case, so I recommend this to all looking for new ways to improve themselves and their behavior.
