About the Author

Jack Li—widely known as The Hair Professor—started his career sweeping floors at a Hong Kong salon at the age of 14. By 17, he was in the U.S. with nothing but a dream and a pair of scissors.

Over four decades later, Jack has owned seven successful salons, given over 4,000 free haircuts to unemployed clients across China, and cut hair for over 500,000 people across all walks of life. But what he really cuts through is doubt, fear, and stress—using hair as the medium, and psychology as the message.

He is the creator of Hair Psychology™, the Hair Destiny GPT app, and the best-selling book Do Nothing for Work. His mission is simple: Help men find purpose, clarity, and power—starting with the mirror.
