So many new perspectives from this book. It's relaxing and reminds me to always remember I am supported and to trust. This book really helped me in several ways. Her voice is soothing and nuturing. Everything is okay when I start listening and it calms my mind down and just relax. Feel more confident in myself and still listen often
I didn't find the voice calming
I'm sorry but the voice was not soothing and felt a little rushed, so not relaxing and thus not helpful in learning to trust, for me.
