Escaped into a world I knew nothing about!

Really enjoyed this performance and the story about the gaming world.

I don’t know much about this field and getting to hear about it from a female perspective was interesting and challenging. I didn’t like many of the situations the women had to face or go through, but that is just the reality of the current world.

It seems gaming is a nice escape from these daily realities, cause it sort of creates an equal-opportunity world for so many people. I don’t like the idea of escaping into that, without being motivated to change our reality..but it’s what many of us do. But the many layers of how it affects us is well depicted the story.
