I appreciate it’s tricky to write on a large subject but don’t bother wasting time telling us to exercise with “cans of beans”.
Give us more details on the vitamins and minerals.
Also a little “selly” for their own brand of “VuVitamins” (spelling?). Always a little worried when a doctor has their hand in the cookie jar when writing about cookies...😉
